By using Unami Foundation Moments ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What Moments Is

Moments is a free, WhatsApp-native community notice board for South African communities. We broadcast local opportunities, events, and news to subscribers who opt in.

Your Responsibilities

When you use Moments, you agree to:

• Be 18 or older
• Provide accurate province preferences
• Not submit harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Respect other community members
• Not spam or abuse the Service

Content You Submit

When you message us with content to share:

• You grant us permission to broadcast it to relevant subscribers
• You confirm you have the right to share the content
• You understand we may edit for clarity or length
• You accept we may decline to broadcast content at our discretion

Content We Don't Allow

• Violence, threats, or harassment
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Scams, fraud, or misleading information
• Spam or excessive promotional content
• Illegal activities or content
• Adult content or explicit material

Sponsored Content

Some moments are sponsored by partners. We:

• Clearly label all sponsored content
• Only work with partners aligned with our mission
• Never compromise content quality for sponsorship
• Maintain editorial independence

Service Availability

• Moments is provided "as is" without guarantees
• We may modify or discontinue features anytime
• We're not liable for missed messages or service interruptions
• WhatsApp availability is beyond our control

Your Privacy

We respect your privacy. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and use.

Unsubscribing

You can leave anytime by sending "STOP" to +27 65 829 5041. We'll confirm your unsubscription and delete your data within 30 days.

Intellectual Property

• Moments platform and branding are owned by Unami Foundation
• User-submitted content remains owned by the submitter
• You may not copy or redistribute our Service

Limitation of Liability

Unami Foundation is not liable for:

• Actions taken based on moments you receive
• Third-party content or opportunities shared
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Disputes between community members

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in South African courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be announced via broadcast.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Abuse the Service
